Refund policy

We offer a strict 7-day refund policy. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date you received your item or activated your service to request a full or partial refund. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase delivery or activation, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 Refund Process

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.

  • A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided alongside your request.

  • Your refund will immediately be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or initial method of payment within 2 business days, subject to your banking institution's standard processing times.
